“The Tradition that Was, High On the Hog, celebrated by Richmonders in historic Church Hill on Libby Hill Park, was a celebration of good neighbors and good cheer. Organized and run by the friends and families in the Church Hill neighborhood, High On the Hog ended on a "high" note in 2006. The new festival, HOGTOBER is not affiliated with the High On the Hog originators.”
