While customer service and satisfaction is our main goal here at Saturn Return we are unable to process and absorb the financial impact of returns and exchanges.

Saturn Return primarily offers vintage and pre-loved items so regular wear, scratches, stains and imperfections are common. When purchasing an old or used product you accept the possibility of the item being potentially delicate and/or "flawed".

We inspect and often times try on each item ourselves to insure both quality as well as size reference. All items are presented as honestly and clearly as possible and will include any and all imperfections. All items are measured and recorded on each listing. We encourage our customers to measure items in their own closet as this is the best way to ensure a proper fit.
