Vintage 90s Emerald Velvet Fit and Flare Mini Party Dress

This dress is perfect for Homecoming or your upcoming Holiday parties! It’s has a super flattering cut with a bedazzled bodice. My favorite part is the tulle on the interior of the skirt for that extra, oomph!
